Facility reservation requests for private parties and events may be submitted online. Currently, park pavilions, tennis courts and pickleball courts are available to reserve online.

Park pavilion reservations are subject to approval. Payment must be received within seven days of submitting your request or the reservation will be removed from the system.

Field Reservation Requests

To Request a Field Reservation:
Please complete the Sports Field Reservation Requests online form.

To View Field Availability:
Visit the Active Communities Facilities Reservation Calendars. (This is for viewing only. Reservations may only be requested through the Sports Field Reservation Requests online form linked above.)

  • Field requests will be reviewed in the order they are received beginning the 15th of the current month for the following month.
  • Permit holders will be required to make full payment by the first permit date or within 7 days, whichever comes first.
    • Day-of field requests must be received, processed and paid in full by 4 p.m.
    • Weekend field requests must be received, processed and paid for by 4 p.m. the Friday prior.
  • Field requests are only processed during normal business hours (Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.), subject to change based on event preparation and holidays.
