Crawfish Cook-off
Think you have the best boiled crawfish in town? Put your skills to the test and enter your cooking team into the Spicy Tails Art Sale Crawfish Cook-Off!
Teams will be awarded for People’s and Judge’s Choice Best Crawfish, Best Decorated Tent and Best Cajun Dish (optional).
Teams will have free samples for spectators to vote on, while supplies last.

Cook-Off Application
Youth Art Contest
Artists 18 and younger are encouraged to create their very own masterpiece and enter the Youth Art Contest. Artist submissions will be on display at the event and winners from each category will be recognized on stage during the festival. Art submission, entry form and participant waiver must be received by or delivered to The Woodlands Township no later than 5:30 p.m. Monday, March 9, 2026.

Art Vendors
Apply now to be an art vendor at the 2026 Spicy Tails Art Sale! This free, family-friendly event draws more than 4,000 attendees for an afternoon of original local art, live Zydeco music, kids’ activities, a Crawfish Cook-Off, a Youth Art Contest and more. It’s a high-energy outdoor event—and a great opportunity to showcase and sell your work to a lively, art-loving crowd.

Parking
Free parking, generously donated by Timberloch, Inc., will be available at the orange, yellow, blue and white lots at 2002 Timberloch Place. Other designated parking areas include:
- Parking lot located at 9669 Grogan's Mill Road
- 24 Waterway Parking Garage (located at the corner of Fountain Plaza and Lake Robbins Drive)
- Waterway Square Parking Garage (between Fountain Plaza and Woodloch Court)
- Surface parking lot along the corner of Waterway Avenue and Timberloch Place
Please note event parking is strictly prohibited in Market Street. Towing will be enforced.
