6/15/2026 - Natural grass fields are closed today due to rainfall that has left the ground too wet for safe use. Closing the fields helps prevent damage.
The Woodlands 311 Report a Concern service allows residents to report a variety of non-emergency concerns, such as park or pathway maintenance, graffiti, drainage issues and potential code violations.
There are four ways for community members to report a concern to The Woodlands Township:
The Woodlands311 App provides enhanced service request capabilities and expedited request processing. The 311 app provides residents with the ability to report concerns in the community, such as downed or unhealthy trees, streetscape maintenance issues, concerns about lakes and ponds, directional signage maintenance requests and more. The new 311 Service Request system is directly linked to The Township's work order system, expediting request processing.
