Youth Art Contest  Artists 18 and younger are encouraged to create their very own masterpiece and enter the Youth Art Contest. Artist submissions will be on display at the event and winners from each category will be recognized on stage during the festival. Art submission, entry form and participant waiver must be received by or delivered to The Woodlands Township no later than 5:30 p.m. Monday, March 9, 2026.

Think you have the best boiled crawfish in town? Put your skills to the test and enter your cooking team into the Spicy Tails Art Sale Crawfish Cook-Off! Teams will be awarded for People’s and Judge’s Choice Best Crawfish, Best Decorated Tent and Best Cajun Dish (optional). Teams will have free samples for spectators to vote on, while supplies last.

This free, family-friendly event draws more than 4,000 attendees for an afternoon of original local art, live Zydeco music, kids’ activities, a Crawfish Cook-Off, a Youth Art Contest and more.
